Indian grants to be used for community development projects in Armenia
YEREVAN, July 4. /ARKA/. India will provide support to Armenia in the form of grants for community development under a Memorandum of Understanding, signed between the governments of Armenia and India.
The grants will be spent on the implementation of highly effective community development projects, the press service of the Armenian Foreign Ministry reported today.
Armenian Foreign Minister Ararat Mirzoyan and Indian Foreign Ministry's Secretary for Western Department Sanjay Verma signed the documents after the 8th meeting of the Armenian-Indian Inter-Governmental Commission on Cooperation in Trade, Economy, Technology, Science, Education and Culture held today in Yerevan.
The amount of the grants for community development projects was not disclosed. -0-
